Position Overview
A highly respected, physician-led ophthalmology practice is seeking a Comprehensive Ophthalmologist with a cataract surgery focus to join its growing team on the East End of Long Island. This opportunity comes as part of a planned physician retirement, allowing the incoming provider to step into an established patient base within a stable, collaborative, and innovation-driven environment.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary + Performance Bonuses
Total compensation potential: $350,000 – $500,000+
